Shannon helped open Gateway BMW’s doors as service manager in 2007 after 15 years in agriculture research. He has been riding since age 4, is a self taught mechanic and is a straight shooter who places high importance on customer trust and confidence. Shannon bought his first BMW from Honz 20 years ago and they have been friends ever since. Shannon spends about 30 nights a year in a tent and about 25,000 miles per year on his GSA and other bikes. He understands what “a GS thing” truly means.
